This one-off project was also one of my absolute favorites. There was sand, sunshine, sloths, and on-the-spot copywriting. The only thing that would make the experience even better is if the social stunt won an award.
Oh wait, it did.
When tasked with promoting Carnival Cruise Line’s summer season, we reimagined a vernal legend for the hotter months. Move over Punxsutawney Phil, meet Bill the Mystical Sloth. Through the help of Bill’s musical interpreter, our team hosted a four-hour live stream on Carnival’s Facebook channel answering fan questions about future in real-time, playing interactive games, and singing a few tunes along the way.

We kicked things off with a silly little teaser that left more questions than answers.
And then, of course, there was the four-hour livestream where I worked with a team of writers to respond to questions and comments on the spot, all coming from the voice of a mystical sloth. It was a dream come true.
